did u know most of university student are women in iran and they have all kind of job in iran.our just problem is the goverment but not in the way u may think.not that much bad.

in such a highly conservative, religious society the women wouldn't have all privileges that men have fpr example they are not allowed to dress as they want, the man is the head of the house, they have less access in high positions, etc.
