I would choose China as their economy is on the rise even though the government is still repressive. The other two do not show future growth or positive change.

Defintly not Kenya, I have been to Tehran its beautifel but with U.S sanctions u cant find KITKAT and other simple luxories poor Iranians. But if I lived in Macua, China that would be amazing; even more bigger then Las Vegas;
